Shipping

Shipping: I aim to despatch your jewellery as soon as your order is received, generally within 3 working days of your order but no longer than 1 week - unless the item is being made to order. In these circumstances, you will be given an expected delivery date and we will discuss any particular deadlines you have for the piece. I will keep you informed as to any substantial delays but if you have any queries at any time, please do email me.

Delivery will be made to you via Royal Mail or similar. I offer Royal Mail Special Delivery only as this is the only service which insures the jewellery being sent. You are also able to collect your item from my studio (Chingford) or I will deliver locally if possible.

I cannot guarantee a shipping time once the item has left my care but I will ensure it is taken to the Post Office ASAP and will assist in chasing up Royal Mail/any courier company as much as possible until your order arrives safely with you. Delivery charges may increase from time to time in line with increases by Royal Mail or other such carriers used. If you have made a purchase and the delivery charges have increased and I have not been able to update the website, I will inform you before posting the item and request the additional sum if deemed necessary. 

Packaging: All of my handmade jewellery pieces are presented in rustic, eco-friendly gift boxes and bags and shipped in recycled eco-friendly packaging where possible. More about this can be found at the About section within my Eco Statement. .

International customers: I regret that at this time I am unable to offer international delivery due to increased charges and export regulations, particularly to the EU and Northern Ireland. I hope to be able to resume international delivery at some point in the future.
