This ring has been handcrafted in sterling silver using traditional silversmithing skills and tools. I made the silver casing (bezel) by hand with basic tools using fine silver and fused it to a hand cut and shaped sterling silver back plate. The ring band is a 4mm wide textured band which is a UK size Q 1/2.

The ring has been hand set using traditional setting tools - and set with part of a vintage black 8 ball from the game of pool or billiards (depending on your whereabouts in the world) which has been made into a cabochon by a skilled eco-conscious lapidary artist. This black 8 ball makes the perfect upcycled statement of luck, playing games and potting the winner, with even some play marks on the ball if you look closely.

The sterling silver used is all 100% recycled.
